Walk-in Clinic
Every weekday from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon-Thurs) and 8:00am-3:00PM on Fridays, the last appointment needs to start by 2:00 PM. Every day is Walk-in Day at ShareHouse Outpatient Services: 505 40th St. South, Suite E. No appointment is needed to have a chemical use assessment completed. Individuals may walk-in or call to have one offered via telehealth.
The first step to determining whether help is needed and what help is needed is completion of an assessment. The process takes about two hours. Upon completion the licensed professional will be able to determine if the patient needs any type of treatment and/or might benefit from outpatient or residential services. Upon the determination, the individual will receive assistance in making an appointment for the next step of their recovery journey.
